Library Instruction

Our initiatives are always evolving! Through Librarian instruction, we endeavor to develop skills which will enable our students to:

  • Discover and critically evaluate relevant information in diverse formats
  • Synthesize information into meaningful results through the successful completion of writing projects, presentations, and other coursework as assigned
  • Engage in ethical discussions about intellectual property rights, plagiarism, and proper citation
  • Reinforce information literacy as an essential life skill that leads to success in the workplace, in attaining personal goals, and responsible citizenship

Visit the HFU Library Guides for more details about Research and Information Literacy and the ways in which we can offer support.

If you have any questions, please contact Melissa Norman, Information Literacy Library, at mnorman@faroor.com or 267-341-3573.
